Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
